Leighton Homes is currently doing a renovation and small extension.

• Updating 8 windows including 3 D Stacker doors, kitchen, 2 bedroom and 3 in the living area
• Construction of a new 60m2 deck and covered by a pergola. Including Modwood decking material, an aluminium and glass handrail and a access ramp
• Removing internal walls for a more open plan design
• Up dating internal lighting
• Extension - Extending the lounge room out under the large front eave and fitting a new D stacker door and front door. Rendered finish and painted feature colour
• All work was carried out with the use of Julie our interior designer.
