Leighton Homes were contracted to construct a 30m2 deck and pergola in the Canberra suburb of Flynn.

The decking used was Modwood, an environmentally friendly produce,

The pergola was covered with colourbond sheets and some poly carbon sheet to allow some light in. There is a 50mm insulation blanket under the roof sheets
