Leighton Homes has been contracted to construct a large 50m2 deck and pergola in the Canberra suburb of Narrabundah.

The decking material is 138mm wide spotted gum which has been screwed down. The decking also encloses the sides of the deck and stairs. The handrail/balustrade is stainless steel wire.

The pergola is a skillion roof with colourbond sheets, 50mm insulation and lined ceiling.
